The Nextdoors are wife and husband duo Mika Larson and Russell Mark. Based just up the road in Pasadena, they call their music “cello-soaked Americana.” The Nextdoors debut album Linda Vista was named after Russell’s sister who was lost to cancer in 2020. They launched an event in 2023 called Neighbor Day which drew out Pasadena’s Mayor Victor Gordo and his staff. He declared that “The Nextdoors are one of the true gems of the city.”

Known for his intimate tenor, signature guitar style and moody melodies, Los Angeles-based Shane Alexander has shaped a distinctive career for himself with his evocative indie folk and acoustic rock. Having toured extensively in the U.S., Europe and Canada since 2005, the fiercely independent artist has developed a loyal international fanbase. His smooth vocal style has drawn comparisons to Jeff Buckley, Jackson Browne and Art Garfunkel. In addition to his own releases, he can often be found producing other acts at his Westlake Village recording studio.
