London born vocalist-composer Joanna Wallfisch heralds from generations of professional musicians. Her grandmother, Anita Lasker Wallfisch, survived Auschwitz as a cellist in the camp orchestra. Her brother Simon is a renowned cellist and opera singer, her brother Benjamin is an Oscar and Grammy nominated film composer, and her parents are concert violinist and cellist. Joanna has released six albums of original music. She also appears on four tracks of the 2021 chart topping record Dawn FM, by The Weeknd. Wild Mountain Mystics have been regularly performing around Southern California since 2013, gathering fans and making new friends wherever they play. Their music ranges from tender-hearted love songs to foot-stompin’ folk blues. Their performances feel like a party. Appalachia meets Woodstock. Jamband Folk.
